Technology Enabler Account Managers

Business Development Department

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • To achieve company’s sales targets

  • Exploring opportunities to strengthen current business position in existing markets

  • To participate and report weekly / Monthly Sales Review (SOR) with Director of Sales

  • To work closely with all authorized Technology solutions and principals and strategic business partners to maximise the synergy derived from the business relationship.

  • Self-manage of day to day sales activities in terms of cold calling, Face-to-face meetings, sales administration.

  • To ensure and carry out your duties in accordance with the guidelines & policies set by the Management and that discipline is maintained to upkeep the reputation and dignity of the company.

Experience:

  • Must have at least 1 year experience in IT sales

  • Develop new business development and able to self lead to achieve targets and business objectives in the area of business solutions, customer support and Information Technology Services

  • Experience in telco, System Integrators (SI) or enterprise sales is an advantage

  • Results oriented and highly motivated

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • To fulfill Level 1 & 2 support to our clients (Onsite or Offsite) not limited to Desktop / Server / Infrastructure Service Level

  • Answering and analyzing of incoming/outgoing incidents via calls and emails & not limited to perform installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of devices and systems

  • 1st and 2nd level onsite support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access and hardware issues

  •  to assist and liaise with Customer’s IT support team in problems solving and installation

  • Resolves technical concerns such as desktop issues, connectivity issues and networking solutions

  • Escalation to desktop or server teams and do the necessary follow up

  • Manages cases on a day to day basis and ensures that every users/client has been updated on the cases development

  • To manage and build and enhance customer relations in terms of technical specialty and expert domain knowledge to maximize relationship building opportunities and direct them to the appropriate Customer support system or escalation.

  • To pro-actively seek to identify customer's needs & take full ownership towards customer satisfaction

  • To provide & maintain daily reports on activities, problems, solutions and outstanding issues to reporting manager

  • To co-ordinate service and supplies with the operation team or escalation team in the organization

  • To co-ordinate Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 escalation to appropriate partners or providers

Experience:

  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in supporting systems, servers, network equipment (including wireless equipment)

  • Must have a minimum tertiary education in Computing related or equivalent

  • Include Professional Certification such as, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent

  • Have knowledge in configuration/ set up / troubleshooting network equipment

  • Highly motivated with Good interpersonal and communication skills
